Step 3: Return the Item

After approval, return the item using a trackable shipping method.

  • A valid tracking number is required

  • Accepted return methods may include:

    • Drop-off location

    • In-store return (if applicable)

Return Label

A return shipping label may be included in your package.

If not, we can email one to you upon request.


Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected within 72 hours of receipt

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are included when applicable

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
